Draft, review, and standardize a wide range of legal agreements, including: Letters of Intent (LOIs) , Lease Agreements ,Franchise Agreements etc

Develop and maintain legal templates for recurring documentation needs.

Ensure all legal drafts are compliant with applicable laws and align with business objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, real estate, operations, etc.) to understand requirements and customize agreements accordingly.

Liaise with external legal counsel for complex transactions or dispute resolution when required.

Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting the companys contractual obligations.

Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect the companys operations and ensure compliance.

Manage relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities.
