Job Title: Retail Leasing Manager

Job Summary

The Retail Leasing Manager is responsible for maximizing occupancy and rental income by leasing retail spaces to suitable tenants. The role focuses on tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, renewals, and maintaining an optimal tenant mix aligned with the propertys commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Identify, attract, and negotiate with prospective retail tenants
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and rent reviews
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, fit-out periods, and store openings
• Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Support asset management and marketing teams on tenant mix strategy

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successful lease negotiations
• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and leasing structures
