Core Responsibilities

• Shape and implement a design strategy that drives engagement and retention.
• Lead and nurture a team of design specialists, building a culture of excellence.
• Harness AI, VR, motion graphics, and gamification to revolutionize digital learning.
• Partner with Learning teams and SMEs to bring ideas to life and solve real user problems.
• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and prototyping to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and brand alignment across all learning formats.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive design practices.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in design leadership and mentoring.
• Expertise in tools like Articulate, Adobe Suite, Figma, Vyond, Gen AI, SCORM, xAPI, HTML/CSS.
• Strong background in UX/UI, instructional design, and Learning Experience Design (LXD).
• Creative, insight-led thinker with technical aptitude and a passion for innovation.
• Skilled in agile project management, design thinking, and systems thinking.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Product Design, or related fields.
