Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an L&D professional who will drive and coordinate training initiatives. The role focuses on building capability through structured learning, while ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate training programs
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs
- Design and implement learning calendars, modules, and development initiatives
- Ensure content is updated with current market trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Track training effectiveness, participation, and learning outcomes
- Coordinate with internal/external trainers and manage end-to-end training logistics
- Drive continuous learning culture through knowledge-sharing sessions and initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 36 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
- Exposure to accounting, Sustainability/ESG, valuation, or technology domains is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and translate them into learning interventions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in LMS platforms
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Passion for learning, development, and people growth
