Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an L&D professional who will drive and coordinate training initiatives. The role focuses on building capability through structured learning, while ensuring alignment with the latest industry trends and knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and coordinate training programs
  • Partner with business leaders to identify training needs
  • Design and implement learning calendars, modules, and development initiatives
  • Ensure content is updated with current market trends, tools, and industry best practices
  • Track training effectiveness, participation, and learning outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal/external trainers and manage end-to-end training logistics
  • Drive continuous learning culture through knowledge-sharing sessions and initiatives


Key Requirements:

  • 36 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
  • Exposure to accounting, Sustainability/ESG, valuation, or technology domains is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and translate them into learning interventions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in LMS platforms
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Passion for learning, development, and people growth
