Location : Gurugram /Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida

Work mode-Hybrid-2 days in office

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Snowflake-based backend solutions to support multi-system integration.
• Lead data modeling initiatives (enterprise data models, canonical structures, dimensional modeling).
• Define standards and frameworks for SQL coding, naming conventions, schema designs, performance tuning, and security roles.
• Oversee creation of reusable semantic data layers, governed datasets, and standardized reporting views.
• Review development artifacts, provide mentorship, and ensure best practices in engineering execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data strategies and integration patterns.
• Ensure efficient data ingestion and transformation architecture with focus on cost optimization, performance, and governance.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration issues and ensure high availability of backend pipelines.

Required Skills

• 610 years of experience in backend engineering, data warehousing, or cloud data platforms.
• Expert-level SQL and experience writing reusable, scalable data transformation logic.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling (3NF, Star/Snowflake Schema), governance, metadata management, and documentation.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT patterns and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating multiple source systems, API feeds, and structured/unstructured data.
• Working knowledge of Python
• Good to have background working on financial ERP system
