ITSYNTAX is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to drive our recruitment operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

What We're Looking For

This role is for seasoned professionals only. To be considered, you must have:

• 5+ years of US IT recruitment experience at the Lead or Senior level
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a recruiter team
• The ability to independently screen and evaluate IT consultants

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle US IT recruitment across Contract, C2C, W2, and Full-Time engagements
• Lead a team of recruiters and set the benchmark for quality and speed
• Build strong talent pipelines and consistently close open positions

What You Should Know

• US staffing models W2, C2C, and 1099
• Work authorizations H1B, GC, OPT, TN, and more
• Job portals Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and advanced Boolean search
• The IT tech landscape Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA
• ATS tools and how to meet targets without compromising quality

Bonus Points If You Have

• Direct client handling experience
• MSP or VMS portal experience
