Job Description
We are looking for an IT Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end technology hiring and lead an account of clients. This role requires strong IT hiring expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver on high-volume and niche requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and ERP roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans and timelines
- Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping
- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT recruitment experience with team leadership exposure
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Staffing/consulting background
- GCC or global hiring experience
