Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution and assessment design for enterprise clients across Hire, Nurture, Coach, and Learn.

Translate business problems into structured talent intelligence and assessment solutions.

Design assessment frameworks, logic, benchmarking methodologies and validation approaches.

Work with Product, Tech, Data Science and Consulting teams to operationalize and deliver solutions.

Own solution delivery governance including rollout planning, execution cadence and milestone success.

Define success metrics, solution adoption pathways and measurable outcome frameworks.

Conduct discovery workshops and deep-dive requirement sessions with client stakeholders.

Lead pilots / PoCs including design, execution, measurement and success validation.

Develop reusable assessment templates, use-case frameworks and best practice playbooks.

Provide strategic advisory on assessment strategy, talent intelligence and workforce capability insights.

Support renewals and expansion through data-backed outcome storytelling.

Benchmark and evolve solution design aligned to global HR Tech best practices.

(Customer Success) Drive smooth client onboarding, value realization and long-term success.

(Customer Success) Solve adoption barriers, ensure platform stickiness and maintain strategic client trust.

Qualifications

47 years of experience in HR Tech / Assessments / Consulting / Enterprise Solutions.

Strong expertise in assessment design, behavioral evaluation or talent decisioning frameworks.

Experience working with enterprise SaaS or HR platforms.

Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management capability.

Structured, outcome-focused and product-thinking mindset.
