Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and roadmap for ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and longterm digital strategy.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into scalable and secure architectural models.
Develop strategies that align ITOM and ITAM implementations with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and industry best practices.

Qualifications

810+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with at least 35 years focused on architecting ITOM/ITAM/ITSM solutions.
Proven expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITAM (HAM, SAM), CMDB design, and enterprise integrations.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and scalable architecture.
Hands-on experience working with senior leadership, stakeholders, and customers in consulting or client-facing roles.
Innovative problem-solving skills with a track record of building enterprise-grade solutions.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, adapt quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skillscapable of explaining complex architecture to both technical and business audiences.
Proficiency in using AI technologies to optimize processes, enable automation, and support data-driven decision-making.
Awareness of AI capabilities, risks, limitations, and ethical considerations.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Math, or a related discipline.
Strong foundation in Agile methodologies.
Advanced technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
