Job Description:
- Proven L3 application support experience in Windows Server environments (non-negotiable).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows Server administration
- IIS configuration & tuning
- Windows Services lifecycle and troubleshooting
- Legacy Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., .NET 2.0/3.5 , IIS 7.0 )
- Windows patching and update management at scale.
- ITIL process familiarity; practical experience with major ticketing tools (ServiceNow , Jira ).
- Exposure to AWS and containerization (Docker , Kubernetes ).
- DevOps fundamentals : CI/CD, version control, scripting, environment promotion.
- Infrastructure-as-Code and automation: Terraform , Ansible , AWS CDK , CloudFormation .
- GitLab and GITHUB (SCM + CI/CD ) hands-on experiencepipelines, runners, artifacts, approvals.
- Excellent communication , stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in production-critical settings.
- Flexibility to support post-business hours deployments , weekends , public holidays , and on-call rotations.
