Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our Market Delivery Unit (MDU). The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SDET SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for projects within the Market Delivery Unit.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide expertise in SDET SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and TestNG.
  • Monitor and report on test execution and defect tracking using Jira.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to improve code quality.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and test data for automated testing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers in best practices and technical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SQL Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Be capable of working from the office during day shifts.
  • Be committed to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have experience in the Market Delivery Unit (MDU) domain.
