Lead – Program Management

Job Description:

• Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the Vision Centre Program across multiple regions.
• Operations & Implementation: Oversee program rollout, ensure adherence to clinical & operational protocols, and drive quality improvements across Vision Centers.
• Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with government bodies, hospitals, NGOs, donors, and local stakeholders to strengthen program outcomes.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Lead data-driven performance tracking, MIS review, field visits, and course corrections to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Team Management: Manage program teamsincluding coordinators, field staff, and technical partnersand ensure capacity building and performance oversight.
• Financial Oversight: Support budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor management, and utilization planning for sustainable program growth.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to scaling strategy, innovation opportunities, community outreach models, and long-term program sustainability.

Job Requirements:

• 1015 years experience in public health program management, healthcare delivery, community health, or large-scale development programs.
• Strong experience in program implementation, field operations, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multi-location operations with budgets, M&E systems, and donor/stakeholder reporting.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with government health systems, hospitals, or eye-care programs is a plus.
