Lead - PERL Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Perl, SQL, and Java, with additional experience in DMN. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help drive our technical initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using Perl, SQL, and Java.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.

Utilize DMN for decision modelling

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Mentor and guide junior team members in technical aspects.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Perl, SQL, and Java.

Proficiency in DMN is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
