About the Role We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager with expertise in Mendix and Unit Test Automation. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while ensuring implementation of automated testing frameworks within the Mendix platform. The role requires a strong understanding of low-code development, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and financial domain processes within Insurance and Investment Banking environments. The candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and highquality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong experience with Mendix architecture and development lifecycle

Hands-on experience with Unit Test Automation in Mendix

Implementation of Mendix Unit Testing Module

Knowledge of Microflow and Nanoflow unit testing

Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / Git)

Test automation strategy including regression automation and code quality gates

Experience with test coverage metrics and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Boards)

Agile project management and Scrum methodology Good To Have

Knowledge of TDD / BDD practices

Experience implementing DevOps automation frameworks

Familiarity with code quality tools and automated testing frameworks

Certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile

Experience in regulated financial environments

Project Delivery & Governance

Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and cost estimates.

Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Track project KPIs such as velocity, defect leakage, test coverage, and release stability.

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

Conduct governance meetings and Steering Committee updates.

Automation & Quality Assurance

Drive implementation of automated unit testing frameworks in Mendix.

Ensure high test coverage through Mendix Unit Testing Module integration.

Define testing strategy including: Microflow & Nanoflow unit testing

Regression automation

Code quality gates

Integrate automated testing into DevOps pipelines. Domain Delivery

Manage digital transformation initiatives in:

Policy Administration

Claims Processing Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders including Underwriters, Traders, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.

Act as the primary interface between business and technical teams.

Ensure proper documentation including BRD, FSD, Test Strategy, and Release Notes.

Production & Compliance

Ensure production release readiness and rollback strategies.

Conduct root cause analysis for production defects.

Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation.

Implement quality assurance frameworks aligned with financial services standards.

Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting
