- Proven hands-on experience in L3 application support within Windows Server environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server administration
- IIS configuration
- Windows Services
- Legacy Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., .NET 2.0/3.5, IIS 7.0)
- Experience with Windows patching and update management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, version control, scripting).
- Exposure to AWS and containerisation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
