Job Description
Role:
The Onboarding and Recruitment Compliance Lead is responsible for overseeing the seamless onboarding of new hires across all locations and ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and best practices in the recruitment process. This role involves leading the Onboarding Team, designing and implementing onboarding strategies, conducting PAN India recruitment audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing audit reports, and training and mentoring onboarding specialists. Tracking of Audit observations and Non-Compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Onboarding Team to ensure timely and smooth onboarding of new hires across all locations.
- Design and implement onboarding strategies that enhance employee experience and reduce early attrition.
- Own and execute the PAN India recruitment audit process to ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of recruitment documentation, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Compliance teams to drive process excellence.
- Prepare and present audit reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Train and mentor onboarding specialists and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Stay updated on recruitment compliance requirements across different states in India.
- Tracking of Audit Internal and External (Observation and Noncompliance)
Criteria:
- Any Graduation or Post Graduation
- Minimum of overall 5 years of experience includes 1+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in the areas of onboarding, recruitment compliance, or related fields
