Lead Generation & Tele calling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Lead Generation & Telecalling Executive to support our branding and digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services (logo design, website development, social media marketing, etc.), and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make 5070 outbound calls daily to businesses, startups, and decision-makers

* Generate leads for services

* Identify potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, Google research, and databases

* Understand client requirements and pitch relevant branding solutions

* Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel sheets

* Perform regular follow-ups with interested prospects

* Schedule meetings or discovery calls for the sales/strategy team

* Coordinate with internal design and marketing teams for smooth handover

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication and convincing skills

* Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative services

* Strong ability to pitch services over calls

* Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)

* Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research

Qualifications:

* Any Graduate / Undergraduate

* 01 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation (agency experience is a plus)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* 5070 calls per day

* Number of qualified leads generated

* Number of meetings scheduled

* Conversion ratio from calls to leads

* Consistency in follow-ups
