Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pune Division for a Lead Generation Expert. The Lead Generation Expert will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing outreach strategies, and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. The role includes researching target markets, initiating and maintaining contact with prospects, executing lead capturing campaigns, and collaborating with team members to achieve business development goals. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and ensuring the success of sales initiatives by consistently delivering high-quality leads.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including prospect identification, outreach, and pipeline management
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and understanding target audience insights
- Experience with CRM tools and platforms for lead tracking and management
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to enhance outreach and engagement
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in a business development or sales role is preferred
