Key Responsibilities:

Define and own engineering architecture across backend, applications, data, and infrastructure.

Architect and scale microservices using Python, Django, and REST frameworks.

Drive adoption of modern programming practices, automation, and secure development principles.

Oversee backend development using Python, Django, and DRF.

Guide application engineering for web and mobile platforms.

Lead cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring scalability and reliability.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Oversee ETL pipeline development, data modeling, and analytics workflows.

Mentor engineering teams and lead code reviews, sprint planning, and technical decisions.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.

Expertise in Python, Django, microservices, and REST API architecture.

Strong background in app development, system design, and distributed architectures.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing automation.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Strong knowledge of data engineering, ETL workflows, and data modeling.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Masters degree or certifications in cloud, DevOps, or data engineering.

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, security practices, and observability tools.
