Partner with the best

You will be responsible for: Maintaining, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment, such as: X-ray tubes, generators, coolers, scanners, stepper motors/controllers, power supplies, high voltage control circuits, motion control and high-end PC’s.

As a Lead Engineer - Field service, you will also be responsible for:

• Providing customers with technical support via phone and onsite service
• Being timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
• Being Responsible for driving customer satisfaction from commitment through quality service standards.
• Monitoring site safety during work scope execution.
• Having an ability to travel overnight approximately 70% of the time.
• Carrying out the duties assigned in a compliant manner with integrity
• Have an ability in diagnosing electronic hardware problems, mechanical problems with CNC table, software troubleshooting in a windows-based environment.
• Have a strong Computer skill with familiarity Windows and MS Office products
• Have an ability to read/understand schematics and use oscilloscopes/digital multi-meters.
• Have fundamental electronics and/or mechanical trouble shooting skills. Etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in Services of Industrial X-ray machines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
