TITLE : Lead Digital Marketing

LOCATION : CHENNAI

In This Role, You Will

• Own and scale global paid acquisition across Search and Paid Social, driving predictable pipeline growth across regions.
• Co-lead SEO strategy alongside the SEO function, aligning organic intent capture and paid demand into one unified acquisition engine.
• Lead structured experimentation across media, messaging, and landing experiences turning insights into scalable performance gains.
• Take end-to-end ownership of funnel performance from acquisition to pipeline, optimizing for lead quality and sustainable unit economics.
• Build forecasting models, dashboards, and decision frameworks that enable clear, data-backed growth decisions.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Web to improve conversion journeys, targeting clarity, and measurement integrity.
• Integrate AI-enabled workflows to accelerate creative testing, improve targeting precision, and enhance bidding and campaign optimization.
• Help institutionalize a performance-first culture centered on data-driven decisions, experimentation rigor, and revenue accountability.
• Shape the digital strategy as ICP focus evolves, tailoring messaging and channel mix to complex buyer committees.
• Work with Marketing Ops to evolve from last-click reporting toward multi-touch attribution, enabling visibility into non-linear buyer journeys.
• Contribute to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives to capture high-intent technical queries across AI-driven search surfaces.

Qualifications :

• 48 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS.
• A track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing paid programs at significant budget levels with clear performance outcomes.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social, including scaling global campaigns with clear pipeline contribution.
• Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise segments with structured demand generation programs.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort operating across MQL, pipeline, revenue, CAC, and conversion metrics.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally (product, engineering, data science, finance) to ship improvements and build durable growth systems.
• A test-and-learn mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams around goals, tradeoffs, and execution plans.
• Experience with marketing tooling, BI, and measurement stacks (e.g., analytics, experimentation platforms, internal reporting), plus a willingness to adopt AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience marketing to both SMB and midmarket IT with an understanding of organisation and buyer persona pain points and drivers.
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools (VWO/Hotjar) and a deep understanding of information architecture
