Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices and Java. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for code and design decisions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement security and data protection measures within the applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Java.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Show proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Understand containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Be familiar with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Have a good grasp of database technologies both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
