Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to optimize user engagement and operational efficiency.
Lead statistical modeling and predictive analytics projects to support strategic decision-making across Adani AI Labs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into digital platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and drive innovation in customer experience.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain Adani AI Labs competitive edge in digital transformation.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support real-time analytics and machine learning workflows.
Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring accuracy and reliability in production environments.
Contribute to the development of technical strategy and roadmap for Adani AI Labs, aligning with the broader goals of Adani Digital Labs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven expertise in advanced machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
710 years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant tools and frameworks.

Educational Background

Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred: Advanced certifications in AI/ML from reputed institutions.

Years & Type of Experience

710 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI/ML solutions.
Experience in leading data-driven projects within digital transformation ecosystems.

Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
Expertise in building scalable data architectures and pipelines.
Familiarity with digital platform integration and customer-centric analytics.

Digital & Operational Tools

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
