Job Title: Lead Corporate Sales (B2B2C)
Location: Gurugram

Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Lead Corporate Sales to drive B2B2C enterprise partnerships with mid to large corporates. The role involves engaging CXO-level stakeholders , owning revenue and product adoption , and scaling long-term corporate relationships with a strong focus on usage and retention .
Major Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end B2B2C corporate sales cycle prospecting, pitching, closure, onboarding, and post-sale growth
- Acquire and manage enterprise corporate accounts through targeted outbound and consultative selling
- Build strong relationships with HR, Rewards, Admin, and Finance CXOs
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate clients
- Drive employee engagement and product activation in collaboration with marketing and product teams
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New B2B2C corporate accounts acquired
- Revenue achievement vs assigned targets
- Product adoption and employee engagement metrics
- Client retention and renewal rate
- Upsell / cross-sell contribution from existing accounts
- Sales pipeline value and conversion ratio
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C / Enterprise / Institutional Sales
- Proven experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
- Experience with financial products, employee benefits, or SaaS (B2B2C) is preferred
