Lead Consultant – Xpertdoc CCM

Role: Lead Consultant Xpertdoc CCM (Insurance Domain)

Infosys is seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end implementation of Xpertdoc CCM solutions within the insurance domain. This is an excellent opportunity to work on transformative projects and deliver scalable, compliant solutions for leading insurers.

Role Highlights:

• Lead CCM solution implementations for insurance processes (Policy Issuance, Claims, Endorsements)
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design document templates, workflows, and integration strategies with core insurance systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, mentor junior consultants
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in CCM/Xpertdoc implementations
• Strong knowledge of insurance domain (Life, P&C, or Health)
• Experience in API integrations, XML/JSON, and document generation workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar policy administration systems
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)
• SQL and data mapping skills
