Lead Consultant

About The Role:

We are hiring a senior, client-facing Lead Consultant to drive stakeholder management and end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation programs.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and AI execution. You will own client relationships, structure ambiguous problem statements, translate them into execution-ready programs, and ensure delivery excellence across cross-functional teams.

Location: Gurugram (Travel/Temporary Assignment: Kolkata (Major part of 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary interface for client leadership, including CXOs and functional heads
• Lead structured discovery workshops to align AI initiatives with strategic priorities
• Build trust-based relationships and manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT

Program & Project Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI / data transformation engagements
• Translate business objectives into solution blueprints, functional requirements, and execution plans
• Drive governance, risk management, and performance tracking across delivery teams
• Ensure measurable business outcomes (efficiency, revenue uplift, decision acceleration)

AI Solutioning & Advisory

• Identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deploy scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
• Support consultative selling and strategic conversations during pre-sales engagements

Ideal Candidate:

• 710 years in consulting, enterprise program management, or digital transformation roles
• Strong exposure to AI, data, analytics, or enterprise technology programs
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and multi-team delivery
• Structured thinker with strong executive communication skills
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in Bengali is required for effective communication with local stakeholders in Kolkata.
