Lead Consultant - Tableau+BI

Closely work with Customers on their requirements and convert into solutions
Lead the team and guide and work accordingly
Design end to end solution architecture and guide development teams in complex requirements
Actively participate in knowledge augmentation initiatives
Should be actively responsive to customers and mitigate issues such as product feature deficiencies and other objections
Help on Install Tableau Software Plan and execute patches, minor and major release upgrades for Tableau Products
Create/manage Tableau Projects/Tableau metadata in various environments to facilitate development and testing.Maintian Project and object level security consistent with project requirements in consultation with senior administrator, architects and project teams.
Implement Change management processes to migrate Tableau projects and objects between QA,UAT and Production environments
Mange Cube builds, refreshes and monitoring
Work closely with report domains architects and suggest configuration and process changes to improve the reliability ,scalability and supportability of Tableau environment
Maintain Scripts and documentation related to Product suite
Maintain Data recovery and Backup

Minimum Qualifications

Extensive Tableau Implementation and Architecting experience including latest version
Strong experience in Tableau Development, enhancement and Migration.
Excellent understanding of tool functions, limitations and hidden features
Tableau server installation and configuring/ administration, added advantage
Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks
Understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices
Strong SQL reporting skills with the ability to create SQL views and write SQL queries to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis
Building up Strong COE Approach
