Job Description
Role:- Lead Command Centre
Location:- Jaipur
Lead our IT Command Centre to ensure real-time monitoring, incident management, and proactive observability across applications and infrastructure. Drive operational excellence and SLA compliance in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage 24x7 monitoring using APM, NMS, Grafana.
- Lead incident resolution, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive RCA and problem management to reduce recurring issues.
- Track KPIs/KRIs and implement proactive measures.
- Prepare performance dashboards and governance reports.
Skills : Observability tools, ITIL, SLA/KPI tracking, leadership, RCA, proactive monitoring.
Requirements:
- B. Tech (CS/IT), MCA Certifications: ITIL, Observability tools
- 10+ years experience in IT operations
- Command Centre or similar leadership role
- BFSI domain preferred; AWS/cloud exposure a plus
