Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead - Application Quality & Release management with strong experience in application testing, change management, and project coordination. The role will work closely with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases, timely CCR closure, and smooth delivery in a regulated, enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT and pre-production testing activities and ensure release readiness
• Validate business workflows, integrations, and sign-offs prior to production deployment
• Manage and track internal CCRs / tickets, ensuring prioritization and closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for CCR follow-ups and dependency management
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk escalation
• Maintain documentation for test results, CCR status, and release approvals

Required Skills & Experience

• 1218 years of experience in application testing, UAT, release, or delivery roles
• Strong experience in CCR / ticket management and cross-team coordination
• Proven project management exposure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Advantage

• Experience or domain knowledge in financial services, capital markets, trading, or brokerage
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools and technologies
• Exposure to release management and DevOps practices
