Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Lead AI Engineer specializing in MERN stack. The Lead AI Engineer will design, build, and and scale enterprise-grade, AI-native SaaS platforms that operate in mission-critical and regulated industrial environments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing front-end and back-end frameworks, applying machine learning and AI algorithms, and leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
• 512 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Full Stack development.
• Expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and related tools
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and tools such as Postman for API testing and integration.
• Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and communication skills in cross-functional, global teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Familiarity with deploying scalable, secure AI solutions for enterprise applications
