Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Administrator with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and management of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the SAP BTP Administration tasks ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.Provide expert-level SAP HANA Administration focusing on database performance tuning and troubleshooting.Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks ensuring the stability and security of the applications.Conduct SAP Basis Administration maintaining the overall health and performance of the SAP landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize system performance.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all administrative tasks.Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary improvements.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.Should have a strong understanding of system performance tuning and troubleshooting.Must be proficient in managing and maintaining SAP landscapes.Nice to have experience in Tech Devices-Teardown analysis and Product Lifecycle Management.Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5
