Responsibilities

Ensure identification and analysis of training needs in coordination with functional managers
Conduct detailed training needs analysis and skills mapping to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability in technical and non-technical areas
Develop and maintain relationship with business heads to understand their training and development requirements and plan training calendar accordingly
Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability.
Finalize the contents of specific training interventions based on gathered inputs from external and internal experts
Plan, create and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications to business stakeholders

Experience in L&D Domain is must
