Job Title: Platform Developer / Technical Lead (Kubernetes & Terraform)

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 8-12 Years

We are looking for a hands-on Platform Developer / Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development of a container platform on GKE using Terraform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage GKE-based container platform via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Implement Cloud Service Mesh & manage GKE Fleet, add-ons, and Anthos tools
• Maintain security, monitoring, and observability of the platform
• Lead CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to rollout new features and handle platform maintenance requests
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Kubernetes Platform Developers

Must-Have Skills:

• Kubernetes & GKE (hands-on)
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Docker & containerization
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Python scripting
• Cloud Service Mesh / Anthos experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication & collaboration
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
• Adaptability to new technologies
• Team player with a positive attitude
