Your job:

Design and evolve a secure, scalable Kubernetes platform architecture for global enterprise environments
Operate and optimize managed Kubernetes platforms on AWS (EKS) and Azure (AKS), including ingress and traffic management (Traefik, HAProxy, ALB)
Define and enforce platform security standards such as cluster hardening, network segmentation, IAM, and compliance controls
Build and maintain automated infrastructure and workflows using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and GitLab CI/CD
Collaborate with security, network, and compliance teams while enabling development teams with secure self-service capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, networking, and security-related issues as a technical authority

Your qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Senior-level experience operating Kubernetes platforms in large-scale production environments (EKS/AKS; on-prem is a plus)
Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, networking, and security (RBAC, CNI, policies, secrets, pod security, etc.)
Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and automation using Python
Solid experience managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab in enterprise environments
Strong background in Linux, cloud networking, and distributed systems
Relevant certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS) are an advantage, along with strong English communication skills
