Were looking for a Lead Business Analyst (510 years experience) to join our Planning Tower team and play a key role in enabling integrated business planning solutions across multiple business functions.

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

What Youll Do

• Collaborate with Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Analytics teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate complex needs into clear functional designs and user stories
• Support solution design, validation, and deployment of planning systems (Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9)
• Drive system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Partner with stakeholders to align business processes and KPIs
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization
