Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

Caresmith is looking for a Key Account Manager Quick Commerce to drive growth and manage day-to-day operations across leading Q-commerce platforms.

Blinkit | Zepto | Instamart | Other emerging Q-commerce platforms

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end account management across Q-commerce platforms
• Manage promotions, visibility levers, pricing, and campaign execution
• Drive sales growth through assortment planning and platform programs
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing) for smooth operations
• Track key KPIs such as availability, fill rates, and promo performance
• Work closely with platform KAMs to unlock growth opportunities and resolve issues
• Support new product launches and scaling on Q-commerce channels

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of E-commerce experience, including 1+ year in Q-commerce
• Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Q-commerce operations and promotional mechanics
• Good analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
