RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of banking and financial partnerships.

Facilitate regular communication and coordination among teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Oversee the integration of banking and financial services within our systems, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.

Troubleshoot and address any operational challenges related to external partnerships, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all banking and financial partnerships comply with regulatory requirements.

Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.


Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience of 1+ Years in partnership management within the banking and financial services sector.

Strong understanding of the Fintech Understanding.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to navigate complex relationships and drive collaborative efforts in a cross-functional environment.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in the financial industry.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Fintech or SaaS industries is highly preferred.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (such as GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.) and fraud detection algorithms is a plus.
