Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apache Flink Python Snowflake KSQL and Kafka. Experience in the hotel domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative solutions and drive impactful results in a day shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable data processing solutions using Apache Flink to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines using Python and Snowflake.
- Utilize KSQL and Kafka to streamline real-time data processing and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Apache Flink Python Snowflake KSQL and Kafka with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience in the hotel domain is a valuable asset providing insights into industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
