What you will work on
You will manage brand communities across social platforms and be the first line of conversation.
You will support online reputation management by monitoring sentiment, responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and flagging issues early.
You will assist with content publishing, basic performance tracking, and spotting what resonates.
You will support strategy planning, content calendars, and campaigns with senior teams.
You will work closely with designers, writers, and account teams to keep brand voices consistent.
Minimum qualifications
Freshers are welcome. Internships, personal pages, college projects, or passion accounts count.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Background in BA Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
Comfortable with basic digital tools.
