Job Title : Junior Sales Support Analyst

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Entering sales orders in ERP system.

Checking articles in backorder and update a delivery date in SAP or KMS.

Adjusting sales orders i.e. quantity, delivery date as per customer requirement.

Identify Wrth Article Number based on article description, required to book sales

orders.

Remind vendors of overdue deliveries and send follow-ups.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder

contacts.

Knowledge of the following software: Outlook, MS Excel

Ability to work independently.

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Professional experience in related fields is an advantage.

Experience:

0 -1 year or Fresher

Educational Requirement:

Any Graduation

Marks / Percentage: 60% or above in Graduation
