- Talk to leads on WhatsApp, calls, DMs, and meetings and keep conversations clean, crisp, and purposeful.
- Understand students goals and guide them to the right program (well train you, but you need the mindset).
- Manage follow-ups so that prospects never feel lost or ignored.
- Maintain lead tracking and daily updates, discipline matters more than experience.
- Work closely with marketing + operations to keep funnels smooth and conversations effective.
- Bring your observations, problems, and ideas to the table, we value thinkers, not robots.
- Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, clarity over big words.
- High adaptability. Things change fast here, and you should move with the pace.
- Natural common sense, people sense, and the ability to read conversations.
- Confidence, presence, and patience to handle different types of prospects.
- A mindset of ownership, we dont reward excuses, only outcomes.
- Basic understanding of sales, counselling, customer service, or content/digital space.
- Comfort with WhatsApp, calls, and basic CRM-like tracking.
- Interest in design, creators, or youth ecosystems.
