Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position: QA Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our products through structured testing, defect tracking, and end-to-end validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform different types of testing:
• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Smoke/Sanity Testing
• Exploratory Testing
• UI/UX Testing
• Integration Testing
• Compatibility Testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
• Re-test and verify bug fixes.
• Prepare test summary reports and ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Think from an end-user perspective to identify potential issues.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Good understanding of web & mobile application workflows.
• Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.
• Experience with bug tracking/project management tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of API testing using Postman.
• Knowledge of automation concepts.
