Junior Merchandiser

We Are Hiring | Junior Merchandiser- Hi-fashion Woven Garments | Export House

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to join our Hi-fashion Garment Manufacturing Export team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong career in apparel merchandising and gain exposure to international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Coordination & Support:

Assist senior merchandisers in managing export orders from development to shipment

Maintain order sheets, T&A calendars, and production trackers

Follow up with production teams for daily status updates

Ensure timely internal communication across departments

Sampling & Development:

Coordinate Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, and TOP samples

Track sample submissions and approvals from buyers

Follow up with sourcing teams for fabric and trims availability

Maintain sample records and documentation

Production Follow-Up:

Monitor bulk production progress and report delays

Coordinate with planning and QA teams for inline and final inspections

Ensure packaging and labeling compliance as per buyer requirements

Assist in shipment documentation and dispatch coordination

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare costing sheets under supervision

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, approvals, and shipment details

Update ERP / order management systems regularly

Prepare weekly status reports for management review

Candidate Profile:

13 years of experience in garment merchandising (Woven preferred)

Basic knowledge of woven fabrics, trims, and garment construction

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation systems

Location: Jaipur- Rajasthan
