Job Description
Position: Junior IT Recruiter
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Onsite | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles
- Handle hiring for AWS-related IT positions such as AWS Cloud Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Administrator, and other cloud-based roles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure smooth and timely closures of open positions
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong experience in hiring for AWS-related IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, etc.)
- IT background (mandatory)
- Good understanding of technical skills, cloud technologies, and IT terminology
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Willing to work onsite from Andheri West, Mumbai
