Role Summary

The Junior HR will support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing, HR documentation, and data management. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll and strong proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, deductions, and statutory compliance
• Maintain employee records, payroll data, and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports using MS Excel (MIS, attendance, payroll summaries, reconciliations)
• Coordinate with accounts and vendors for payroll-related activities
• Support onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation
• Handle routine employee queries related to payroll and HR policies

Must-Have Requirements

• Prior experience in payroll processing
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality handling

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field
