What Youll Actually Do (The Important Stuff)

Recruitment End to End

• Own hiring from screening to offer letter
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team needs
• Source candidates via social & professional platforms
• Plan interviews (calls, assessments, in-person rounds)
• Conduct background checks
• Suggest cool employer branding ideas

Bonus points if you:

• Have onboarding experience
• Understand the offboarding process
• Have knowledge of KRAs and Learning and Development
• Know how to work on HRMS tools like KEKA
