Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Junior Graphic Designer to lead design initiatives and deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Lead and mentor junior designers
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Handle end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Deliver creatives within deadlines
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

• Good understanding of:
