Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 13 years of experience who enjoys working across both static and video content.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for social media, and marketing campaigns, creating presentations in PowerPoint and Videos. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with both graphic design and basic video editing and enjoys bringing creative ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Design social media creatives, marketing visuals, and digital campaign assets
• Create infographics, banners, brochures, and powerpoint presentation
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Work with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and layouts
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
• Prepare design files for digital publishing and marketing platforms
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills

• 13 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Microsoft PowerPoint presentations (optional)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating social media graphics and marketing creatives
• Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
