Position: Junior Finance Executive - Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a Senior Finance Professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Madipakkam, Chennai. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, monthly closing, forecasting & budgeting, and customer billing, and a structured approach to problem-solving, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Handle AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation

Payroll processing

Collaborate on the month-end closing process

Assist with the annual audit, including financial statement preparation

Ensure adherence to accounting regulations and standards

Experience in USA accounting and experience working with US clients will be a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

3-5 years of professional accounting experience

Proficiency in financial software and tools

Strong skills in financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting
