Job Description:

NeuraNx.ai is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Zoho HR / Zoho People and be capable of handling end-to-end HR activities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.

Maintain and administer HR processes using Zoho (Zoho People / Zoho HR).

Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

Support recruitment coordination and candidate communication when required.

Ensure HR policies, compliance, and internal processes are properly followed.

Maintain employee databases and generate HR reports as needed.

Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and employee benefits.

Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR administration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho HR / Zoho People.

Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Experience in startup environments is a plus.

Preferred:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho HR / Zoho People.

Familiarity with HR compliance and documentation.

Experience managing HR tools and systems.
